Terms and conditions

Satisfied customers are what drives us – if you're happy, we're happy too. You can find the terms and conditions that apply when you buy from us at PhoneLife, below. Shipping and delivery
We always offer at least one free shipping option. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days provided that all the goods you ordered are in stock. We offer delivery with Postnord, Budbee and DHL.

We also offer priority packing for your order. This means that your order is prioritised and packed before other non-priority packing orders.

For your safety, at PhoneLife, you only shop with secure and well-known payment options such as Klarna and Paypal. We do not charge a fee for any of the payment options. As a private individual, you pay via Paypal or Klarna Checkout and can then choose to pay by free invoice, instalment, bank card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), online banking or Klarna Direct.

Right of withdrawal and return – Always 30 days
According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act in Sweden, the customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after they have received the goods and without any particular reason. However, we have extended this to 30 days, to make it more convenient for you. This is provided that the product and product packaging are in pristine condition, i.e. unused and not broken or damaged. The packaging for the product must also be returned for the return to be approved. You may of course try the product, but it should be done with care and without damaging the packaging. PhoneLife applies the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. If the product is not in pristine condition, PhoneLife reserves the right to deduct from the total value an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and return. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your returned item to be processed after it reaches us. However, it usually takes less than this.

Products and product categories that, for reasons of hygiene, are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken:
- All types of in-ear headphones (i.e. headphones that are placed inside the ear)
- With the above, similar or comparable products

Have you experienced a defective product or a wrong delivery? Get in touch with us at support.ie@phonelife.com as soon as possible and we will assist you. Keep the product until the fault has been rectified. We cannot process the claim if the product has been discarded or recycled. Please send a picture of the damage to ensure the fastest possible handling of your claim. In the event of an approved claim or incorrect delivery, we will pay for your return shipping.

The right to complain and the warranty on the products apply if they are incorrectly manufactured or do not work as intended. Damage caused by use or installation, wear and tear, incorrectly applied screen protectors or similar, is not subject to a claim.

Claims for Copter and Zagg InvisibleShield products are submitted directly to them under their lifetime warranty. Newsletter & e-mail
To subscribe to our newsletters, you can sign up for them at checkout or via the forms on our website. We will then send you newsletters with relevant news, promotions and tips. Upon purchase, order-related emails will be sent to you regardless of whether you subscribed to the newsletter or not. This can include emails such as order confirmation, delivery notification, return information and an order follow-up in the form of a request to rate us, answer some short questions or to complete your purchase.

Force majeure
Events beyond PhoneLife's control shall be considered force majeure, and shall release PhoneLife from its obligations under the agreements entered into. Examples of such events are war, natural disasters, labour disputes, government decisions and comparable events beyond PhoneLife's control, which could not have been reasonably foreseen.

All prices are quoted inclusive of 21% VAT, unless otherwise indicated. We do not sell to people under the age of 18 without written permission from a guardian. We reserve the right to typing errors, price increases and final sales. The account does not store any more data than that which you enter at the time of purchase. If you want to delete your account, please contact the customer service department
