Order

I can't order, can you help me?
Absolutely, write to us in the chat or by email and we will help you.

Have you received my order?
We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at the time of purchase within a few minutes of completing the purchase. If you haven't received a confirmation after an hour, it may be due to a technical error or because you accidentally entered the wrong e-mail address. Contact us and we will make sure you receive one.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, this is rarely possible as all orders are automatically sent to packing for the fastest possible delivery. Contact our customer service department and we will see what we can do.

Is the product I want to buy in stock?
Stock status and delivery time are indicated on the relevant product page and in categories. You can choose to receive a notification via email when the product is back in stock.

Is it possible to order even if I am not registered at the address?
You can pay for your order directly. But remember that you must enter a c/o with the name of the person registered at the address. For example: if your name is Sven Svensson and you are temporarily residing with Johan Johansson, you should write Sven Svensson in the name field, and in the street address field you should write: c/o Johan Johansson, followed by Johan Johansson's address.

Which countries can I order to?
We currently deliver to Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

How much does shipping cost?
We always offer at least one free shipping option. See the Delivery Information page for more information on our shipping options.

How long is the delivery time?
For goods in stock, the delivery time is 2-5 days, counting from the day the delivery leaves our warehouse. For products that are not in stock or are in the process of entering stock, delivery times may vary. Stock status and delivery time are indicated on the relevant product page and in categories.

How is my order shipped?
We ship with PostNord and DHL. You choose the shipping option that suits you best at checkout.

I have received the wrong product, what do we do now?
Contact our customer service department and we will help you directly.

Payment

What payment methods can I choose?
We offer purchase against invoice, payment by instalments, card payment and direct payment via your online bank. All methods of payment are free of charge (a set-up fee may apply to purchases paid by instalments).

How do you send the invoice for my purchase?
The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail when your order is sent.

I can't find my invoice, can you send me a new invoice?
Please contact Klarna at www.klarna.com and they will help you directly.

Security

Is it safe to buy from you?
Yes, the site is encrypted and we only use secure payment options from established payment services such as Klarna.

Are my personal data protected?
We never disclose your personal data to unauthorised parties and use it only to carry out your order.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we only have an online presence. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We're always available for you.

I don't know what model my phone is. Can you help me?
We are happy to help! Send a picture of the front and the back of your phone to our customer service department and we'll get back to you with the phone model and a link to the accessories that match your phone.

Which cases and accessories fit my phone?
